If the local provider cancels, or the booking cannot be fulfilled
If the local provider cancels the excursion, or if we notify you that the booking cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as practical. Where a refund is due, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Specific cancellation windows and refund amounts will be confirmed in your booking confirmation once the final policy values are approved.
